I bought glasses from another optical shop that made me dizzy, so I went to Mr. Ahmed to have my glasses fixed. He used his professional skills to quickly find the problem with my glasses and fixed them for me. What touched me the most was that he didn't charge me anything even though I didn't buy my glasses from him. I will definitely buy glasses here in the future! Got two pairs of high end glasses. One was great, the other I got wrong lense after a super long wait. But the owner was able to fix the problem in a very pleasure way. He waive the lense cost and deliver the correct one super fast directly to my home with gift. Very patient with me the whole time! Will come back for my next one for sure!

One of the screws on my glasses was loose, and I visited four optical shops in Brookline and Cambridge. After examining my glasses, they all said they couldn’t fix them because my glasses were purchased in Japan, and they didn’t have the necessary parts. Just as I was about to give up, I passed by this store and decided to step in and ask（I’ve seen many positive reviews about this store on Red Book before）.To my surprise, the owner fixed them for me and didn’t even charge me. I was so touched. You could feel that he wasn’t doing it for any other reason than simply wanting to help. This was my first time visiting this optical shop, and I noticed that they have a wide selection of glasses that you wouldn’t find elsewhere. The store’s interior design and use of aromatherapy are incredibly tasteful. While waiting for the owner to repair my glasses, there were two other customers in the store. Mr. Ahmed is a lifesaver! I really can't recommend him enough for his exceptional expertise and warm demeanor. In like, 20 minutes he managed to fix one broken and two deformed glass frames with his incredible skill. Not only is he a true professional, but his kind and welcoming nature made the experience all the more pleasant. And the best part? He didn't charge me a thing, even though I insisted! This is the place to go in Boston for glasses. It’s a small boutique with a curated selection of stylish frames that the owner Ahmed runs personally. Ahmed made sure the whole experience was very personalized, and helped me pick out a frame that suited my face shape. After receiving the glasses, I noticed some frame manufacturing defects and Ahmed didn’t hesitate to replace the frame with a brand new one. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market. World class service. I showed up with an older pair of glasses that had the frames and eye pieces bent out of shape. The owner asked for 20 minutes to sanitize and fix the glasses… at no cost! Such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Perfect experience! The manager is just so nice! He fixed my sunglasses when no one else could fix it. So the sunglasses was just too tight for me and I even get headache when I wear it. The manager tried so many times to adjust it to my head with genuine patience. The front of the frame is too tight and we can’t bend it because the glass are a whole piece. If we bend it it gonna break. At the end we just cut the sunglasses leg a little bit and it finally adjust to my head! Perfect experience! Thanks the manger so much! I saved my money and don’t need to buy a new one.
